THE FORMAT
HOW IT WORKS
Double elimination. Head-to-head racing. Every contested athlete gets multiple races. Higher seed starts Lane A.
REGISTER & WARM UP
Register for your age division, attend the Rules Walkthrough with live demos, then get dedicated warm-up time on the actual competition course.
HEAD-TO-HEAD RACES
Two athletes race identical side-by-side courses. Scoring is penalties first, time second. Fewest penalties wins -- if tied, fastest time takes it.
DOUBLE ELIMINATION
Lose once, drop to Redemption. Lose twice, you're out. The last athlete standing wins the division.
QUALIFY FOR FINALS
Top 5 (or Top 30%, whichever is larger) at each qualifier qualify for Finals -- capped at 8 per event. Only Top 3 receive medals. Roll-down applies.
FINALS & CHAMPIONSHIPS
Finals placements award 1.5x points. Grand Champion wins the bracket. Season Champion earns the highest cumulative points. Quicksilver Champion honored for sustained speed.
WAIVER REQUIRED BEFORE COMPETING
All athletes must have a signed digital waiver on file before participating in any NES event. Minors require a parent or legal guardian signature. Complete it now so you're ready on race day.
